Kathmandu, Aug 26: Monsoon has its effect in the country with the low pressure line situated in south of average place towards west, and around average place towards east. According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, there is light rain with thundershower at some places in Koshi and Lumbini provinces.
Light to moderate rain with thundershower is likely at few places in all the seven provinces. There is a possibility of heavy rain at one or two places in the hilly areas of Koshi province. According to the Division, it will be partly to generally cloudy in hilly areas of the country including Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces.
The sky will be clear partly to generally in the rest of the country. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain with thundershower at a few places in Koshi, Bagmati and Karnali provinces, and at one or two places in the remaining provinces.
