Surkhet, Sept 8: Prem Kumari, a ward member of Barekot Rural Municipality-6 and her husband Man Bahadur Chalune, were buried in a landslide that took place in Dhuma of the Rural Municipality.
The incident took place at 2:00 am today and the 11-year-old daughter of the couple was rescued in an injured condition. She has been rushed to the local hospital in Limsa.
Meanwhile, efforts being made with the help of local police to rescue the couple have not yet been successful.
