Kathmandu, Dec 8: The weather will be remain partly cloudy in the hilly areas including in Koshi Province, while it will be partly cloudy to mainly clear the rest of the country today. There is a possibility of light rain and snowfall at one or two places in the high hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi, Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim Provinces, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division.

Likewise, tonight, the hilly areas of Sudurpaschim, Karnali and Lumbini and Gandaki Provinces will be generally to completely cloudy, while the rest of the country will be partly to generally cloudy. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain at some places in Sudurpaschim, Karnali and Lumbini, a few places in Gandaki, and light rain at one or two places in the hilly areas of Bagmati and Koshi Provinces.

There is a possibility of light to moderate snowfall in many places in the high hilly and mountainous areas of Sudurpaschim and Karnali Provinces, in a few places in the high hilly and mountainous areas of Gandaki, and in one or two places in the high hilly and mountainous areas of Bagmati Province and Koshi Province, adds the Division.
