Kathmandu: Durga Prasad Humagain has been elected as the District Governor of Lions International District 325-K Nepal for the Lions Year 2025–2026. His victory was announced at the district’s third national convention.
A veteran Lions leader with 19 years of active involvement, Humagain will lead the district alongside newly elected First Vice District Governor Ramesh Adhikari and Second Vice District Governor Bishnuhari Phuyal.
As the incoming District Governor, Humagain has appointed key officials, including Triza Dhakal as District Cabinet Secretary, Ramkumar Lamichhane as District Treasurer, Tikaram Sapkota as District Chief Advisor, Shailendra Dahal as District Chief PRO, and Hasan Kumar Gopali as District Chief Administrator.
The newly elected leadership is expected to drive impactful initiatives and strengthen the district’s community service efforts.
