Mustang : The Tilicho Lake Bhakti Yatra, 2083 organized with the aim of developing Tilicho Lake as a religious and spiritual tourist destination has been completed. The yatra organized on the resolve of Shri 1008 Swami Rishi Prapannacharya ended.
The Bhakti Yatra including participations from various places took a devotional yatra to Tilicho Lake via Jomsom and Thini in Mustang. The Bhakti Yatra team also participated in religious and cultural activities while observing the natural beauty of the Himalayan region on the Tilicho trekking route via Mustang.
The participants, including Prapannacharya, conducted a recitation of Valmiki Ramayana, pilgrimage, worship, bhajan kirtan and satsang programs at Tilicho Lake, shared Guru Ishwar Regmi, a participant in the yatra. The Bhakti Yatra has made a significant contribution to developing religious faith, mutual harmony and spiritual awareness among the devotees.
Earlier, the team that came to Mustang for the Tilicho devotional pilgrimage had interacted with the Gharpajhong Rural Municipality office-bearers regarding the pilgrimage.
The pilgrimage team has mentioned that such religious and spiritual pilgrimages will continue in the coming years as well.
