KATHMANDU: Gold price surged in Nepal to trade at Rs. 111,000 per tola on Wednesday.
The price of precious yellow metal increased by Rs 2,000 today compared to the previous trading day (Tuesday).
The Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association said that the price of fine gold is Rs 111,000 per tola and standard gold Rs 110,500 per tola.
Gold was traded at Rs 109,000 per tola and standard gold at Rs 108,500 per tola on Tuesday.
Silver is traded at Rs 1,400 per tola today.
The prices of gold and silver are fixed in the domestic market on a daily basis based on the price rates in the international market.
