Nabil Bank has launched its new housing loan scheme ‘Home Loan Dashain Tihar Dhamaka’ targeting to approaching Dashain Tihar festivals. In this scheme, the bank has offered attractive interest rate and discounted service fee with free Credit Card issuance.
Anyone thinking of purchasing new property or constructing of house can apply for the loan.
According to the bank, if the first time home buyers apply for the housing loan, the bank can finance up to 70% with maximum tenure up to 35 years with affordable EMI. For others, the bank can finance up to 60%. This scheme is valid till limited time only.
