KATHMANDU: Nima Rinji Sherpa at the age of 17 has successfully climbed Mt Everest and Mt Lhotse within 10 hours.
Nima summited Everest at 2:30 AM and Lhotse at 11:50 AM. By climbing two 8000ers, he has become the youngest ever to accomplish this feat.
Last year, at the age of 16 years, Nima climbed the Manaslu Main Summit. He is the son of renowned mountaineer Tashi Lakpa Sherpa.
