Kathmandu: The Chairperson of Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) Ward-16, Mukunda Rijal, passed away on Thursday morning.
Rijal died while receiving treatment at Grandi Hospital following a dengue infection.
He was also the Kathmandu Constituency 7 president of the Nepali Congress.
