Kathmandu, Dec 28: With the penetration of technology in our lives, the concern of most of the parents is that their children spend a lot of time on mobile phones. Spending too much time on mobile phones comes with many problems like mental and physical health problems and eyes damage. So, it is essential to avoid spending too much time on mobile phones. Here are some tips on how to keep children away from mobile phones.

— Be a role model. Do not play with mobile phones in front of children.
