“Punishment should be taken against wrongdoers and those doing good work should be encouraged. Mistake that is occurred while carrying out activities with good intention should not be made a big issue”, he stressed.

Mayor Shah mentioned, “The KMC has received less complaints this year as compared to previous year. There are signs of improvement.”

Stating that the KMC has been able to achieve lots of progress from the experiences and capacity of employees working for many years, he added they have implemented ‘Mahanagar Gaurav and Swarnim Yojana’ to give priority to some important programmes among many others.

He also asked the KMC employees to reduce number of visits, seminars, workshops as well as to be active to meet the annual targets, adding activeness of employees was a must to achieve the goals.
