Kathmandu: A meeting of the top leaders of the ruling alliance has discussed matters related to the budget for the upcoming fiscal year.
Nepali Congress leader Ramesh Lekhak said the meeting held at Baluwatar discussed the principles and priorities of the budget for the next fiscal year.
Leader Lekhak added that the ruling alliance held the meeting to set common principles and priorities for the budget after President Paudle summoned the budget session of the parliament for May 7.
Top leaders of the ruling parties including Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba attended the meeting.
