KATHMANDU: Dr Shivji Paudel has been appointed as the Executive Director of BP Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital. The sub-committee formed for director appointment recommended Dr. Paudel as director.
The sub-committee recommended the names of Dr. Krishnasagar Sharma and Pradip Neupane along with Dr. Paudel. Among the recommended names, the hospital management committee unanimously appointed Dr. Paudel.
The hospital management committee formed a three-member sub-committee consisting of Dr. Madan Upadhyay, Dr. Pradeep Gyawali and Dr. Dinesh Vishwakarma to appoint the executive director of the hospital. The same sub-committee recommended the names of three people including Dr. Paudel on Sunday night.
Dr. Poudel is a radiation oncologist at the Cancer Hospital. He is also the vice president of Nepal Medical Council.
