Kathmandu, May 11: The Kathmandu Metropolitan City Ward No. 4 has started the distribution of quality organic manure. Nepsemyak Services Pvt, a company for waste management, has supported in this KMC’s initiative.
Stating that garbage classification is needed for its proper management, the ward chair Dinesh Maharjan urged the ward residents to classify it properly.
Similarly, expressing his gratitude to the people who classified garbage, Nepsemyak President Tikaram Dahal said the work should be continued. It plans to distribute five kg organic manure every year, he said. 1500 kg packets of fertilizers were distributed in the programme at Bishal Milan Kendra in Baluwatar that saw the participation of around 200 people.
