Kathmandu, July 27: Light to moderate rainfall is taking place in a few places of Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini and Sudurpaschim provinces and one or two places in the remaining provinces this morning. This is due to the effect of Monsoon winds active throughout the country, says the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology.
Later in the afternoon the weather will be generally cloudy with possibility of heavy rainfall in some places and light to moderate rain in other places of the country. Some places of Bagmati and Sudurpaschim Province are likely to experience heavy rainfall this afternoon.
Likewise, tonight the weather will be partly to mostly cloudy with a possibility of light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning in some places of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces and few places of the remaining provinces, the department has said in its today’s morning bulletin.
