Kathmandu, Nov 30: Due to the general effect of the westerly winds, the weather today will remain partly cloudy in the hilly regions of Koshi, Gandaki and Karnali Provinces and mainly fair in rest of the country.
Likewise, there are chances of light snowfall at one or two places of the high hilly and mountainous region of Karnali Province, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division.
