KATHMANDU– EducationUSA successfully hosted a University Fair Roadshow in Pokhara, Chitwan, and Kathmandu, attracting over 4,000 attendees and representatives from 29 American universities.
The event highlighted Nepal’s growing enthusiasm for U.S. education and underscored the role of academic exchange in driving innovation, fostering people-to-people connections, and strengthening bilateral relations.
In Kathmandu, U.S. Embassy consular officers provided crucial insights on visa procedures, while Public Affairs representatives engaged with students at all three locations, offering guidance on educational pathways, leadership development, and scholarship opportunities in the United States.
As one of the top contributors to U.S. international student enrollment, Nepal continues to play a vital role in strengthening educational and economic ties between the two nations. By expanding access to world-class learning opportunities, the roadshow empowered aspiring global leaders and reinforced the deepening U.S.-Nepal partnership.
