Kathmandu, June 13: Some parts of Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces and the some areas in the eastern part of Lumbini province have experienced the impacts of monsoon winds at present, according to the Weather Forecasting Division of the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology.
Also there is an influence of the westerly winds in the western parts of the country. According to the Division, there will be partially to generally cloudy weather across the country today. There is a chance of light to moderate rainfall along with thunder and lightning in some areas in Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces.
Likewise, heavy rain is likely at one or two places in Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces. Similarly, some areas of Koshi, Madhes, Gandaki and Sudurpaschim provinces will receive light to moderate rain along with thunder and lightning tonight.
Heavy rainfall is predicted to take place in one or two places of Koshi province, according to the Division.
