Kathmandu, July 8: The country is currently affected with monsoon wind. The low pressure belt of monsoon is near the average range, according to the Weather Forecasting Division.
The weather service informed that it will be partly to generally cloudy weather throughout the day today.
Light to moderate rainfall along with thunder and lightning is predicted in some places of hilly regions of all provinces. However, one to two places in Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki and Sudurpaschim provinces will have heavy rainfall.
Similarly, light rains and snowfall is likely in the upper hilly and mountainous region.
