KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Paudel is being flown to the Indian capital, New Delhi, for further treatment.
President Paudel is being taken by an air ambulance of Shree Airlines to New Delhi on Wednesday, the President’s Secretariat said.
The President was admitted to the TU Teaching Hospital, Maharajganj on Tuesday afternoon after suffering some health complications.
President Paudel will be undergoing treatment at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi.
Before being admitted to the TUTH on Tuesday, President Paudel had returned home after treatment of stomach-related ailments at the same hospital on April 1.
