The Kathmandu University and Lumbini Buddhist University have signed a memorandum of understanding to cooperate and collaborate on academic development.
Vice Chancellor of KU Prof Dr Bhola Thapa and Acting Vice Chancellor of Lumbini University Dr Tilak Ram Acharya have signed the MoU to conduct research programmes, joint degree and other academic programmes.
Acharya said that the two universities would work for mutual participation on institutional development and promotion, exchanges of academic human resources and students’ exchanges on academic and extracurricular activities.
It is stated that cooperation would be done in the areas of scientific research works, publications, implementation of academic and training programmes and other mutual issues.
