Kathmandu: At least 19 passengers were injured when a passenger bus met with an accident at Dasdhunga of Bharatpur Metropolitan City-29 on Friday morning.
Spokesperson at the District Police Office, Chitwan, Deputy Superintendent of Police Bijaya Raj Pandit said the accident took place at 5.20 am when the bus lost control and fell down on a tree 10 meters below the road. There were 40 passengers on the bus.
Of the injured, 10 have been sent to the Old Medical College, eight to Bharatpur Hospital, and one to Kathmandu.
