Kathmandu: Harka Bahadur Rai, the father of Minister for Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation, Sudan Kirati, has passed away at the age of 76. He died on Wednesday morning at Bir Hospital in Kathmandu.
Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda has extended his heartfelt condolences to Minister Kirati on the demise of his father.
