KATHMANDU: The death toll from dengue has reached 44 across the country so far.
The mosquito-borne viral disease has spread to 76 of the 77 districts, according to the Ministry of Health.
The Ministry said that Dengue has been confirmed in 33,975 people so far since it was first reported in early August.
