Kathmandu, Dec 7: U.S. Ambassador to Nepal Dean R. Thompson today met with the U.S. diplomats who are currently in Nepal to attend the regional workshop.
Throughout the week, officials from the Public Affairs and Management of the U.S. Government working in the Central and South Asia are scheduled to engage in discussions on helping identity the ways of the use of new technologies and best practices to advance the bilateral relations between the United States and countries from the region including Nepal.
In addition to engaging in a discussion on the importance of youth engagement in the global economy, cultural preservation, and mental health, the diplomats will also visit some cultural heritage sites in Nepal, it has been said.
