KATHMANDU: On Tuesday evening, stargazers will be able to see a unique celestial event when the Earth’s shadow falls on the Moon, leading to a Total Lunar Eclipse.
People from Asia, North America, Australia, and parts of northern and Eastern Europe, and South America will be able to witness the Total Lunar Eclipse of this year.
Meanwhile, the Nepal Calendar Determination Committee said that the eclipse will occur at 5:11 pm and end at 6:34 pm on Tuesday.
It has been said that the elderly and sick should restrain from taking food nine hours before the eclipse to avoid the eclipse’s possible harm.
