Kathmandu, Dec 29: Another man was killed in a clash with the police today in Balkumari, Lalitpur. With this, the death toll has reached two. The latest victim has been identified as Birendra Shah, who died at Patan Hospital in Lalitpur, said the police.
Earlier, Sujan Raut, 23, died at Kist Hospital in Imadol, Lalitpur.
Agitating youths over the issue of EPS language test torched a car used by Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport Development Prakash Jwala.
Following this incident, a clash ensued between the protesting youths and the police, killing two men, and injuring over a dozen others.
