Kathmandu, Dec 29: The High Court Patan has issued an interim order allowing all those who took the shipbuilding examination to apply for the manufacturing sector test.
On Friday, a single bench of judge Chandra Mani Gyawali ruled in response to a writ petition filed challenging the court’s earlier order allowing only 18 of them for the same. Over 32,000 people took the shipbuilding examination.
Over the court’s earlier decision to allow only 18 to apply for the manufacturing sector test, the rest protested today in Balkumari, Lalitpur. The agitation has led to two deaths so far and over a dozen others were injured. The protestors also torched the car (Ba 2 Jha 5861) used minister Jwala.
