Kathmandu, Jan 9: Sudip Thapa has been unanimously elected President of the Advertising Association of Nepal (AAN).
Similarly, Ujaya Shakya was picked unopposed as the first Vice President, Pankaj Lal Pradhan second Vice President, and Krishna Prasad Ghimire General Secretary.
Sajan Shrestha was elected Treasurer while Santosh Khadka was chosen unanimously as Secretary.
Other elected members of the newly formed 14-member central working committee are Arun Kaji Sthapit, Roshan Regmi, Santosh Silwal Giri, Dipendra Paudel, Bidhan Rajbhandari, Roshan Paudel, Manish Adhikari and Prabhat Rimal. All other officials except the treasurer were picked unopposed and seven members elected.
The elected office bearers and members took the oath of office and secrecy. Term of the 11th newly elected working committee is three years.
AAN represents all advertising sectors.
