KATHMANDU: Police arrested former national cricket team captain Sandeep Lamichhane from the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu on Thursday.
Rape-accused Lamichhane was arrested as soon as he landed at the airport from Doha.
Police took hin to Gaushala Police Circle for further investigation.
A minor girl had earlier filed a complaint against Lamichhane for raping her.
