Chautara : Nepali Congress General Secretary Gagan Thapa said that his party should be purified. Leader Thapa viewed it while addressing the opening ceremony of BP Study Centre in Sindhupalchok today.
Thapa also urged all the leaders and cadres to join hands in strengthening the party instead of losing time in factionalism. He said that there is extreme factionalism within the party even in local committees adding that if the factionalism does not end, it is certain that the Congress will ruin.
General Secretary Thapa emphasized that the state should advance the policy to increase investment in the agricultural sector. He said that foreign employment is only a temporary solution. The nation will not become prosperous without the development of the agricultural sector in the country, Thapa said.
