KATHMANDU: Leaders of the eight-party coalition are giving an orientation to the Bagmati province assembly members on Friday in support of the presidential candidate of the eight political parties, Ram Chandra Poudel.
The alliance had earlier formed ‘President Election Campaign Mobilization and Coordination Mechanism’ led by Nepali Congress leader Purna Bahadur Khadka to support Poudel in the presidential election to be held on March 9.
The orientation program would be held in New Baneswor on Friday afternoon.
The eight political parties on Thursday organized an orientation programme for the House of Representatives and National Assembly members in Kathmandu.
