Kathmandu, April 2: Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Mishustin, has congratulated Prime Minister Balendra Shah on his appointment to office of the Prime Minister of Nepal.
In a message addressed to Prime Minister Shah, Mishustin conveyed his congratulations on behalf of the Government of the Russian Federation as well as on his own, on Shah’s appointment as the Prime Minister of Nepal.
Expressing confidence in continued cooperation, he stated that Shah’s leadership would contribute to further strengthening Russia-Nepal relations in the spirit of friendship, mutual respect, and consideration of each other’s interests. Mishustin has emphasized that constructive engagement at the governmental level would help enhance trade, economic, investment, cultural, and humanitarian cooperation between the two countries.
Prime Minister Mishustin also expressed his belief that such cooperation aligns with the long-term interests of both nations and wished Prime Minister Shah good health, happiness, well-being, and success in his responsibilities.
