Kathmandu, Sept 19: CPN (UML) chair and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has stressed the need for pro-constitution forces to stand together for protecting the Constitution and consolidating the national unity.
On the occasion of Constitution Day today, he extended greetings to all Nepalis at home and abroad and called for the forces supporting the constitution to unite to protect the country.
Paying tribute to those who sacrificed their lives during democratic movements, Oli recalled that the tough time such as blockade the country faced immediately after promulgation of the constitution inspired the protection of the main law of the land and national unity
