KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda is set to expand the Council of Ministers for the eighth time on Sunday.
According to Baluwatar sources, PM Prachanda is appointing Nepali Congress (NC) leader NP Saud as the Minister of Foreign Affairs today afternoon.
Saud will be sworn-in on Sunday afternoon.
This will be the eighth time of cabinet expansion.
Nepali Congress has so far four ministers in the Prachanda-led cabinet.
