The Patan High Court has issued a short-term interim order to prevent the demolition of houses built on the underground tunnel of Tukucha.
On Sunday, the bench of Judge Dipendra Bahadur Bam issued a short-term interim order to prevent the demolition of the houses built on the land of Plot No. 7, 3038 and 3039 of Kathmandu Metropolitan City Ward No. 7, which are owned by Genex Investments, Uttarman Lama and President Travels and Tours, without legal completion and proper compensation, according to Registrar Thagindra Kattel. gave
A short-term interim order is an order given after hearing the arguments of both the parties until another order is made.
“A short-term interim order has been issued against the petitioners not to demolish the house built on the mentioned land without proper compensation or proper compensation,” said the order of the Patan court.
On Ashoj 5, the court has called both parties to make another order regarding whether this order will be continued or not. On behalf of President Travels and Tours, three people, including director Bholavikram Thapa, gave a writ on Friday.
