KATHMANDU: Political parties and election candidates can hold election-centric rallies and mass meetings from today, according to the Election Commission (EC).
The EC has asked political parties and election candidates to comply with the election Code of Conduct while electioneering.
The election campaign has entered the second phase from Thursday.
The EC has sought clarifications from 71 election candidates and parties for violating the election code of conduct.
The EC has also asked all political parties and candidates to maintain discipline during election time.
