Ghorahi : Nepali Congress leader Shekhar Koirala has said present electoral system failed to maintain stability, so it needs correction. Leader Koirala argued frequent change in government is caused by mixed election system.
Inaugurating the second district convention of Nepali Congress Dang chapter here Thursday, he further viewed weakness in Nepal’s Constitution 2072 should be addressed to ensure political stability in the country.
He insisted on need of consensus between the Nepali Congress and CPN (UML) to forward the nation.
