Kathmandu: Mahalakshmi Bikas Bank has been awarded with the ‘L&D Excellence Award-2023’ by Banking Finance and Insurance Institute of Nepal (BFIN) for providing the best quality and highest number of training to the employees. The bank has received the award under the Gold category.
The award was handed over to the bank during the ‘Leaders for the Next Generation: Expect the Unexpected’ conference held on Monday at Aloft Kathmandu Hotel. Nepal Insurance Authority Chairman Surya Prasad Silwal handed over the award to Mahalakshmi Bikas Bank Human Resource Department Head Vishalraj Karki.
The bank has been providing simple, convenient and quality financial services to the doorsteps of the Nepali people for the past 29 years.
