Kathmandu, May 21: The Dhanusha district court has issued an arrest warrant against Kailash Sirohiya, Chairperson of the Kantipur Publications.
A case regarding misuse of citizenship was filed against Sirohiya in the district police office, Dhanusha. He has been accused of being non-Nepali citizen and misusing his citizenship card.
