Kathmandu, July 28: Creator’s Mela 2024 concluded here on July 27. Organised by the U.S. Embassy in Nepal, the two-day event brought together people from various walks of life, including top content creators, industry leaders, and innovators, speakers, moderators, influencers, experts, and government officials.
The event was filled with inspiring sessions, panel discussions, and amazing performances, benefiting aspiring content creators and innovators. One of the participants expressed the hope that the event was beneficial to the participants in elevating their content creation game.
On the first day, the U.S. Ambassador Dean R. Thompson joined the event and explored the skills. “I was thrilled to see the enthusiasm shown by aspiring content creators,” he said of the event.
The event is a free digital conference designed to sharpen and develop the skills of current and aspiring Nepali digital creators and influencers, and to launch and grow their online presence or businesses. Last year, over 1,500 content creators joined the first-of-its-kind in-person event to network, experienced the music festival-inspired main stage and immersive creator zone, and got their skills elevated through the 17 interactive sessions on topics like brand-building, financial literacy, and content development, according to the US Embassy.
