Kathmandu, Sept 2: “People’s Library” has come into operation from today at the Prime Minister’s residence, Baluwatar. The move was initiated by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli’s spouse Radhika Shakya.
Two weeks ago, Shakya made a public invitation to hand over the works with a positive message that they like with their signatures to the ‘People’s Library’.
On the occasion, Prime Minister Oli thanked Shakya for her initiative.
