Kathmandu, Nov 20: The westerly winds have partial impacts across the country According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, the weather is partly cloudy in the hilly region and fair in the rest of the country.
Currently there is a light fog in some places of the Tarai. According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, the weather will be partly to generally cloudy in the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces and fair in rest of the country.
Light rain is likely to occur at one or two places of the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces and light snowfall at one or two places of the high hilly and mountainous region.
Similarly, the weather will be partly cloudy in the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces tonight.
Light rain is likely to occur at one or two places of the hilly regions of Koshi and Gandaki provinces. There are also chances of light rain at one or two places of the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces and light snowfall at one or two places of the high hilly and mountainous regions in the next 24 hours.
The Department, thus, urged one and all to adopt precautionary measures considering partial impacts of weather condition in agriculture, health, tourism, mountaineering, surface and air transports.
