Kathmandu : President Ramchandra Paudel has expressed his profound sorrow over the passing away of India’s former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh.
Singh died on Thursday at the age of 92. The President took to a social media X to mourn the death of Singh, describing Singh a visionary leader of India.
The Head of the State has extended heartfelt condolences to the government of India, people and the aggrieved families.
