Kathmandu, Feb 3: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has paid respect to Saraswati, the symbol of enlightenment and knowledge, saying this day would remove darkness of ignorance and misdeed.
In the message of best wishes on the occasion of Basanta Panchami and Saraswati Puja today, Prime Minister Oli, taking to social media platform, writes, “Today is Basanta Panchami, also Shree Panchami.
It is the day introducing alphabets to children as well as enrolling them in school. The festival also marks the beginning of the spring season.”
