Kathmandu, June 25: There is possibility of heavy to very heavy rainfall at one or two places in Koshi and Sudurpaschim Provinces today. Light to moderate rainfall with thunder and lightning is also likely at some places in the hilly areas of the country.
According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, the influence of monsoon winds is felt across the country. The weather will remain partly to generally cloudy across the country today. There is a possibility of light to moderate rainfall and snowfall at a few places in the high-hilly and mountainous areas of all the provinces.
Later, tonight, the weather will be generally cloudy in Koshi, Karnali and Sudurpaschim Provinces and the rest of the hilly areas and will be partly to generally cloudy in the rest of the country. There is a possibility of light to moderate rainfall with thunder and lightning at some places in the hilly areas including Koshi, Karnali and Sudurpaschim Provinces and at a few places in the rest of the country.
There is also a possibility of heavy to very heavy rainfall at one or two places in Koshi, Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim Provinces. There is possibility of light to moderate rain and snowfall at a few places in the high-hilly and mountainous areas of all provinces.
