Ltd., the sole distributor of Hyundai vehicles in Nepal, successfully hosted a grand event for the Creta EV Launch and Meet & Greet in Peace Siddhartha Cottage Restaurant, Surkhet Road, Nepalgunj which received an unprecedented participation and response from the customers. The launch of the new Creta EV marks a major step in helping customers overcome doubts about switching to electric vehicles. Concerns like spare parts availability, service costs, and long-term support are addressed, as Hyundai already manufactures the Creta ICE version in Nepal, and both petrol and EV models share the same platform. However, Laxmi Hyundai is further strengthening the EV ecosystem by expanding the RE-Lax charging network, which currently has 66 active chargers, including both DC and AC types, across various locations nationwide. This assures customers the same trusted service, parts availability, and after-sales
support across both variants.
To spread this message across the country, Hyundai Nepal’s senior management team is visiting showrooms nationwide. As part of this initiative, a special Meet & Greet event was organized at Peace Siddhartha Cottage Restaurant, Surkhet Road, Nepalgunj by Laxmi Intercontinental’s regional dealership Him Intercontinental Pvt. Ltd. on 23 rd June 2025, where new Hyundai models, including the eco-friendly Creta EV, were showcased. Hyundai Nepal experienced an overwhelming response in the Nepalgunj event, where customer participation and engagement reached new heights.

What made the event even more remarkable was the confirmation of over 4 bookings for the all-new Creta EV from the event where 4 Creta EV were delivered directly to the customers from the event. This enthusiastic response highlights the growing confidence people here have with Hyundai—undoubtedly influenced by the presence of Hyundai's assembly plant in the area, which continues to reinforce the brand’s relevance and reliability.
