Kathmandu, July 23: Heavy rainfall is likely to occur at one or two places of Bagmati and Gandaki Provinces today.
Light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is also possible at some places of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki Provinces along with hilly regions of the rest of the country, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division. Chances of light to moderate snowfall and rainfall in the high hilly and mountainous region of the country also exist.
Tonight, the weather will continue to remain partly to generally cloudy throughout the country. Light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is likely to occur at a few places of the country. There is influence of monsoon winds across the country.
