Kathmandu : Energy Minister Kulman Ghising has stated that new generation should move ahead unitedly to advance the nation on the path of good governance, justice and prosperity.
Inaugurating the Central Office of Ujyalo Nepal Party in Kathmandu on Thursday, Minister Ghising mentioned that the country was in the decisive phase of political transformation adding that unity of youth and new political force should offer a right track to the nation. Ghising is patron of the Ujyalo Nepal Party.
He argued that the political awakening created after the Gen-Z movement should be advanced to a positive direction adding that “The situation created after the Gen-Z movement has exhibited a clear spirit for transformation in the nation.”
There is no option but to unite the new generation and new political forces to ensure good governance and prosperity in the country.
Minister Ghising said that the government was fully committed to holding elections on March 5, 2026 and described the emergence of new political parties as a historical opportunity rather than a general political process.
Chairperson of the Ujyalo Nepal Party Anup Upadhyay said that his party would prioritize good governance, transparency, development and youth-friendly policies and programmes.
