Kathmandu: Annual reports of different commissions including the National Human Rights Commission have been presented in today’s meeting of the National Assembly.
On the occasion, Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Rekha Sharma, on the behalf of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ presented the annual reports. The fourth annual report 2022/23 of the Tharu Commission, the fourth annual report 2022/23 of the National Inclusion Commission, annual report 2022/23 of the National Human Rights Commission and third annual report 2022/23 of the Indigenous Nationalities Commission were presented in the meeting.
The meeting also sent ‘National Protocol Bill-2079BS’ to Legislative Management Committee for clause-wise discussion. The NA meeting unanimously passed the proposal presented by lawmaker Dr Beduram Bhusal for sending the bill to the Legislative Management Committee for clause-wise discussion.
The NA will meet next on April 4.
